We were there a couple of weeks ago and had a great time. My son was looking forward to coming back since then. However, today when we went, the mini golf course is as so full of mulch, twigs and such that it was hard to enjoy. For $19 we would expect a clean course to play on. We are so disappointed and, unfortunately, need to take our business elsewhere.

I’m new to golf, so I always need to practice. I decided to go to the driving range while in Chicago. I rented a set of clubs on-site and had a good time hitting from the upper deck before taking a walk along the trail.

Pay lot usually has parking so you don’t have to walk very far. Large/small buckets were $17/$11 10/10 would go again

Diversey Driving Range is run by the Chicago Park District. The facility has been around for quite some time, however, they do keep this very nice and the rates are very reasonable. It is open all year round with stalls that are enclosed and heated. This is a two Level facility so it can accommodate a lot of people. This is the only driving range that I am aware of that is in the city proper and usually very popular. There is also a miniature golf course that is simple but fun to play. They have a restaurant that is open in the summer only and in the small clubhouse where you pay you can purchase snacks and water or soft drinks for reasonable prices.

We brought our 7 and 3 year old, and they had a great time on 18 mini holes. It was $11 per adult, $8 for out 7yo, and out 3yo was FREE. They had small putters and the course is fenced in. There is a park and restaurant with outdoor seating nearby if you want to make a day of it.
